The reason the decorative standard shutters are less expensive is that they are made almost entirely without human intervention in a automated factory that produces the shutters in molds as a one piece design, they are even packaged by automated machinery. This is different than the custom shutters that require man hours since the components have to be cut and assembled into the finished product. Of course this labor adds to the cost of producing the custom shutters.

Louver Style: Available in decorative standard sizes, the vinyl Louver shutters are available in two widths: 12" and 14.5" and a number of heights that span 25" high to 80" heights. Perfect for any home style, from colonial or ranch to contemporary, this classic look and the clean lines fit virtually anywhere. The cathedral-profile top along with the center mullion add a layer of refinement and interest.
