Works Great w Steamer

We inherited an old steamer with our soapstone wood stove. The rough base would occasionally scratch the soapstones, and the steamer lining was worn away. So we decided to replace the steamer and pair it with this trivet. We love having the trivet! It keeps the steamer from overheating and allows us to remove the steamer for cooling/reheating without any chance of damaging the soapstone. Highly recommend!
