Amazing quality control

We just bought 9 pair and installed them on our house. I like the quality and look.

The 2 pair of 10" shutters I recently purchased from you, along with the 6 pair of 14" shutters that I purchased a few weeks ago, are excellent. The color match, burgandy, was perfect, receipt of both shipments was fast, and quality is what I wanted. The aluminum screw fasteners were not as good. I know aluminum is soft. However more of them stripped during insertion than I would have hoped for. Two of the screws actually snapped in half. I used the recommended bit size and driver. I was able to salvage them but not too well. Would you help me out by sending me 2 replacement packs of burgandy screws? I will greatly appreciate it. As I said, the shutters themselves get 5 stars. Couldn't have asked for better. Ron Schiding

The shutters were shipped in a very timely fashion, well packaged, and complete with hardware. The dimensions were as advertised and the quality very nice. Though these aren't wooden shutters, an untrained eye at 10 feet would probably have trouble telling them apart from the expensive alternative. These were installed on our 12'x16' shed and look great for the price paid. Highly recommended!

Great product for the price. These shutters were less expensive than many of the others I had priced on-line. I figured about a week to 10 days for delivery and they were delivered in 5 days (2 of them were weekend days). Very pleased with the look as well..................came through in my book with flying colors.
